Strategic task 1 (Realization of social responsibility)

  • Equal opportunity and social integration
    • Fair recruitment centered on NCS (National Competency Standards), excluding discriminatory factors
    • Promotion to expand youth employment, such as recruiting local talents and high school graduates, and youth interns and to provide employment opportunities for the socially vulnerable such as a man of merit, the disabled, etc.
    • Expansion of utilizing female workers in institutions, such as cultivation of female workers, recruiting those on career breaks, etc.
    • Removing unreasonable discriminatory factors such as jobs only for high school graduates, the civil service, and irregular workers
  • Expand win-win cooperation among companies and their social contribution activities

  • Internalize ethics and human rights management
    • Spread recognition as an excellent institution with regard to integrity and establishment of the highest ethical and human rights management system through the promotion of company-wide ethics and human rights management activities
  • Establish the reasonable personnel management and fair reward system
    • Establishment a systematic personnel management system such as operation of professional, circular, and open positions, predictable personal management, etc.
    • Establishment a performance management system in which company-wide management goals are connected even to individual employees
  • Establish good workplaces based on win-win labor-management cooperation
    • Establishment labor-management relations based on participation and win-win by strengthening communication between labor and management
    • Creation of an atmosphere that balances work and life, such as a family-friendly system to overcome low birth rates and ease the burden of taking care of children
    • Establishing a work environment in which labor and management can sympathize with each other and improving work efficiency so that workers can enjoy life with evening through compliance with weekly 52 working hours

    • Operation of on-site-oriented curriculum to strengthen the manpower's practical skills

    • Enhancing management accountability and attracting the institution's development by expanding the roles and participation of the Board and Innovation Promotion Committee
    • Achieving the institution's transparent and efficient operation by disclosing major information regarding its management to the public for enhanced surveillance of people and prompt information delivery
    • Creating a working culture based on mutual respect and cooperation through active face-to-face communication between the director and employees, operation of Junior Board, etc.
